| Mąrie Kiddle
- of the Northants Golf Club - Ladies Section. |
| Many thanks to Marie Kiddle of
the Northants Golf Club, Ladies section who nominated
GRACE as her charity of the year and raised an amazing
£4,000 during her tenure. Marie asked that the funds she
raised be put towards the purchase of the da Vinci robot.
The robot is now being used by our surgeons for gynae
cancer cases and is resulting in a much less traumatic
surgery experience for these women. The robot is known as
the machine that cuts out cancer - it is much more
accurate than conventional minimal access surgery because
the robot mimics the surgeon's hands, enhancing precision
and dexterity vital to the success of preserving delicate
nerves and blood vessels. Thank you Marie and all the
ladies of the club for helping GRACE to reach it's target. |
